Nose: A slightly herbal, bittersweet nose with a touch of burnt sugar and malt.
Palate: Surprisingly rounded, the palate offers up a good mix of barley malt, a hoppy bitter note and vanilla fudge. It becomes quite 'green' late palate.
Finish: Aromatic finish on potpourri and fragrant woods…
Overall: Very unusual - this is the first Ale Cask Finish we've ever encountered!
