Nose: Spicy, peppery nose with a little charcoal, a touch of acacia honey, red berry fruit and salt spray. Faint hints of wood smoke.
Palate: White pepper and allspice on the palate. Creamy, thick malt at the core, with notes of freshly ground black pepper, vanilla, cranberries and dried herbs.
Finish: Long, oily finish with peat and spice.
Overall: Wonderful balance.
