Nose: Aromatic nose with huge notes of peat, aniseed, a little salt caramel and TCP.
Palate: Kelp, rum and raisin ice-cream, medicinal notes, smouldering peat and exotic spices. Quite savoury, in fact.
Finish: A long, oaky finish with coal tar soap and honey.
