Nose: Marmalade and butter on granary toast, hints of wood-smoke, a little suggestion of sticking plasters and old ropes.
Palate: Light and sweet. Tangy lemon juice on fresh oysters. Peppery peat smoke, cedar and toffee. Custard and mahogany notes develop.
Finish: A long, spiced and sweet finish with notes of peppermint, salt and malt.
