Speyside Whisky

Scotland's most prolific region, Speyside, is home to the vast majority of distilleries operating in the country today. Whiskies from Speyside are usually sweet, malty and balanced, though with age - particularly in sherry casks - Speyside malts can be tremendously rich and full-bodied. Popular distilleries in the region include Glen Grant, Macallan, Balvenie and Glenfiddich.
