Canadian Whisky

Most Canadian whiskies are blends, though there are some excellent single malt distilleries in the country, made in the style of Scotch whisky, though with the inclusion of more rye. Hiram Walker was one of the pioneers of the industry, and he founded the Canadian Club brand which, today, is one of the world’s best-selling whiskies.
